Interview
The interview process was actually pretty easy! I sent my application in online and then was followed up with a phone call. I came into the store location and talked with the manager and supervisor on shift that day. They asked general questions regarding past employment, experience in the field, transportation, etc. After that we rapped up and they said they would give me a call. I got one the next day and signed my forms and came in ready to work.
After applying through their system, in-person interview. It was very easy and casual. (2024, Dublin) Some questions about food safety and hospitality but it's also easy and simple questions. I did an interview in the dinning area, the second floor of the shop.

Question 1
What is the most important for you working here? (hygiene, customer services etc)
Honestly, good servce but poor management, supervisor know nothing, all blaming on us, but colleagues are fair, nice working environments. Still like that place. Working loads are fair, normally 8 hours/day, but always suffered when facing hard deal customers.
A group interview with around 8 people where we were asked to just introduce ourselves and have a conversation with each other while the hiring manager was watching. They hired around half of us.
