Phone screen with HR then 3 interviews onsite a few days later. Informal and laid back. Mostly talked about what's happening in the business unit and what the teams are working on. Also spent time on what is in pipeline and direction of the company. They wanted to know the reason for my leaving the previous company.

Interview process was pretty straightforward. questions were easy. There were 2 stages in the interview process. First with HR then manager. I didnt get the offer but still good interview experince

It was straightforward. The VP and her colleague asked me about how to proceed with decommissioning a platform. Scenario type questions where you are to respond with a solution. I was asked if I was bilingual and I was also asked if I had any relevant experience with finance.

Many rounds of interviews with a variety of leaders within your department and team. Personality and charisma are huge at McKesson, so they are looking at the person as well as the experiences and education of the applicants. If you are a good fit for the company culture, it’s highly likely you will be granted interviews. Takes a while to get through the hiring process and receive an offer.
