There was an initial screening interviewer with a McKinsey recruiter. The interviewer was very casually dressed and had a nose piercing (which immediately set me at ease) but very efficient and professional at the same time. Then there were three interviews with three different compliance managers: a technical skills interview, a problem solving interview and a behavioural interview. The recruiter also sent me an 8-page manual to prepare for these interviews, which I did.
The interviews went ok and then I was asked to meet the director of the team I would be working for. Following that I was asked to have a "chat" with the senior director of the "pillar" I would be working for. The chat actually turned out to be the least stressful one as the senior director was a real people person and not as "type A" as the others I had been interviewed by.
The recruiter coordinated all interviews and eventually reached out with the offer.
Interestingly, the job was offered in various offices and I ended up getting it, but because it was a job that could be done from various offices, the recruiter and interviewers did not have a lot of information about the conditions of the actual office I was interviewing to join. (Though when I asked they did provide the info by email.)
