After the CV application, you are invited to do a McKinsey Solve online assessment. It is consists of 3 games that you need to play. I recommend doing some preperation in the internet.
I applied through college or university. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at McKinsey & Company (Chicago, IL) in May 2026
Interview
1st round (2 virtual interviews) + 2nd round (3 in-person interviews, same difficulty). Each round had a personal experience interview + case interview. Interviewers were friendly. Good experience overall. Received decisions same day.
