Interview
Quick, smooth, very pleasing and comfortable. It all felt very natural and welcoming. Interviewers were very friendly and respectful. Interviews felt like a conversation rather than an evaluation. I underwent one phone screen followed by a 30 minute test, and then two rounds of interviews scheduled onsite the same day. The day after I was called to receive a proposal, which I accepted. The whole process lasted around a month and a half from referral to offer letter.

Situational questions related to the rol to evaluate critical thinking and proactiveness
Multiple round robin style Interview, took a few hours. You meet with different people and managers, they have a set of questions they each ask you thoughout your time there and there is a task to complete/test.
Applied online then they scheduled a first interview via zoom, then they sent an assessment session that had to be completed the same day and then they scheduled a final in person interview.
