It was fast, first came the PSTs, they sent me practice materials and asked that I study then for the exam later that week. I tried my best to understand them, but it still came as a shock when I passed and moved on to the next stage. After that I had my first round of interviews, it was a HR type interview with questions asked mainly about my past experience and from my cv, why o felt qualified for the job. I scaled through that stage and moved on immediately to the second stage of the interview. The second and final stage of the interview process had me interacting with foreigners who worked in other branches of the firm through Skype, we talked, they asked me questions pertainig to the job role, and a few case study questions, then they thanked me for my time and said they will get back to me. This was two weeks ago. I still haven't heard from them and its sad.
