Interview
I sent in my application online and within a few weeks I was phoned by a recruiter who invited me to a round of interviews. The firm also set me up with a "buddy", a consultant whom I was allowed to ask for help and who had dinner with me. The process itself included two rounds of interviews: the first round consisted of three EM interviews and the second round of two partner interviews. Everyone I was in contact with genuinely tried to help me and I was frequently offered tips and help.
