Excellent straight forward interview. 3 rounds, panel style. Scenario and judgement based, they give you 15 min to review materials and to form an answer. Then the interview begins. Then the next round is panel style, 5 people.

I had around 5 interviews including a written task. The interviews were ok, needed to meet a lot of people but I am completely disappointed with how they have handled the communication with me. After receiving very positive initial feedback I was told they were agreeing last details with the HR to make me an offer following which…radio silence. I followed up and heard that they need more time. Again radio silence for a few weeks, no communication at all, I followed up again and they said they need more time. Radio silence scenario again following which they said in a response to another chaser from me that they might recruit for the same position in the future and they made an offer to a different candidate. The whole process took 3 months. I asked for feedback and to let me know what I could improve in the future - never heard back… lack of professionalism. Deeply disappointed. Wasted a lot of time.
