O processo de entrevista segue a estrutura de case interview + perfil pessoal. Há muitos materiais disponíveis para ajudar a se preparar. São duas entrevistas com duas pessoas diferentes. Os entrevistadores são gentis e solícitos. Os cases são difíceis, então é bom treinar. Não fui aprovada, mas eles sempre dão feedback para quem quer, o que é ótimo.

Interview
After "Solve" game test had first round interviews with EMs from Latam. During each interview they asked about a Personal Experience related to core attributes and traits that McKinsey is looking for. Then, on one I had a case intervew for 20-30 mins with 3 questions.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at McKinsey & Company (Lima, Lima Region)
Interview
A standard process similar to the Business Analyst interview process (5 interviews with a behavioral and case interview). Associates or EMs lead the first round, while partners lead the second round.
