Interview
I applied about 2-3weeks ago I can't remember. A recruiter contacted me through email, I told them I thought the job would be too far and they asked how much I would like to make to compensate the gas. I thought that was odd but I went with it. I was contacted by another recruiter for a phone interview, I guess I must of passed it if they offered me a 1:1 at their site. I met with 3 supervisors/managers all very detail oriented and friendly. I prepared for the interview which I suggest you do. Research their company and know a little of they do before showing up. Just be yourself and dont leave any question unanswered. Positive attitude and willingness to want to work. They offer awesome pay and benefits package, they ask a lot from you but they pay you great. That same position elsewhere you'd be getting paid minimum wage. I liked the overall environment, I had my interview today and it was Great. Regardless if I get or dont get an offer of employment it was a pleasant learning experience.

Interview
It was really easy. Arrived about 30 min early to park and find your way through construction. The two ladies that were hiring were very nice. Always bring extra resumes. You will walk the warehouse or building you are applying to so wear comfortable shoes. They get back to you fairly soon.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at McMaster-Carr (Chicago, IL) in Apr 2015
Interview
They found my resume on Career Builder and contacted me via email. After a brief phone interview/screening I was scheduled for an in-person interview at the job location. I was then taken on a tour of the warehouse and operations and the HR rep explained the every day duties and activities. It was more about showing me what the job is really like. Personally I did not like the idea of having to be on my feet all day with these types of tasks. I did not get an offer but probably would have declined even if I did. It's a great company but just not the fit for me at this time.
