Interview
You go through three interviews with 3 different HR representatives. You also take a grammar test and a typing test. I appreciated the fact that all 3 interviews were on the same day which only required me to make one trip to McM. They also had me shadow someone in the position for 15 minutes so I could get an overview of the job.

Something that caught me off guard was the catalog test. They handed me this huge catalog and asked me to find an item. It was a simple exercise but something I had never been asked to do in any prior interview.
