I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at McMaster-Carr (Atlanta, GA) in May 2010
Interview
I met the recruiter during a Diversity Career Fair. The lady was friendly and she emailed me within a day to set up a time for phone interview. She was very professional and nice, but I don't think she is going to call me back. For one I don't think I am really fit for their job profile, not like I completely understand the job either. I asked her what "market Researcher" actually does, and she tried to explain, but it didn't seem to make too much sense. I don't think the Recruiters really understand it and I definitely dont have a very clear picture either. But she was very pleasant to talk to and asked me a few basic q's like: " any uncertainty that occurred in your job situation and how did you handle it" and " any success story about your work". For someone who hasn't really worked that long, it was tough to come up with good one's. Let's see what happens next!
