Interview
Two rounds.
First is a screening call, typical behavioral questions. Nothing atypical here.
Second round,was a 4 hour affair. Met with three employees: operations, a PM & HR. Reviewed past experiences, conducted a case & discussed culture fit, respectively.

Q: Recall in the early 2020 there was a major push for businesses to install plexiglass to limit transmission of covid. McMaster is considering two sizing models: small, medium, large and extra large & 100 small increments between ranging from small to extra large. Which sizing model should the company use and why? What size do you imagine would be used the most, least - why?
R1 online, R2 in-person, all behavioral, they expect you to ask a ton of questions and a lot of follow up questions when u share an anecdote. u have dinner with them, lunch with them. they have town cars pick u up.

Make sure to ask lots of questions. It is very easy to be "duped" into thinking that you are doing well, but you have absolutely no idea. Seems like an amazing gig, and they definitely want to hear you stress and talk about the work-life balance.

They flew me out for it and put me up in a hotel and everything. Then the interview was a full day - someone was assigned to greet me, give a tour, eat lunch, and three different interviews getting more and more senior throughout the day.
