      Operations Supervisor Interview

      Mar 31, 2015
      Anonymous employee
      Los Angeles, CA
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at McMaster-Carr (Los Angeles, CA) in Mar 2013

      Interview

There are three interviews and a tour. Typically, your interviewers will increase in importance throughout the day. The lunch interview and office/warehouse tour are interviews too- so don't be fooled by the casual atmosphere. There are usually some case study questions, but what they are looking for is for you to apply the principals they told you were important to company and show your thinking process. The company LOVES questions- so be prepared to ask a lot.
