I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at McMaster-Carr (Cleveland, OH) in Mar 2015
Interview
I was contacted out of the blue by one of their recruiters. The interview process was a phone screening followed by behavioral interview. If you pass that, you travel to one of their regional facilities for a final round interview.

Interview
