I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at McMaster-Carr in Mar 2015
Interview
An internal recruiter with the company contacted me via email after coming across my resume somehow. She asked that we speak on the phone to chat about my future possibilities with the company. She called me and told me a bit about the position and then after talking for about 15 minutes she asked if we could go on and do an interview at that point. She essentially just asked me about my school and work experience straight off my resume. The interview lasted about 30 minutes. We discussed where I might be working if extended an offer, as well as other logisitical things. I got an email about a week later saying that they weren't interested. Overall it was a good experience, just a bit random in nature...

Interview
Made it past phone call screening and had a one-on-one chat with a current manager before final round of interviews. Each round was 45 minutes to an hour long and questions were difficult. Have lots of examples ready. Have different answers ready for similar questions.

Interview
The interview process was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish. I really appreciated that the discussions were fully behavioral, allowing me to naturally draw on my past experiences. Furthermore, the company truly goes out of its way to treat you like a VIP throughout the entire visit, covering a remarkably nice hotel stay and providing a generous stipend to ensure you are completely comfortable.

Interview
One behavioral interview with a recruiter and then a day-long onsite interview at the Elmhurst IL location. Superday has two behavioral interviews, walkarounds and more but feels like you're being observed everyday.
