I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at McMaster-Carr (Atlanta, GA) in Apr 2015
Interview
Phone screen with an HR representative from corporate, followed by an invite to the Atlanta facility for an on site interview. Started at 9:00 with a tour of the facility, followed by two interviews with managers. The interview was pretty basic, mostly just elaborating on my resume. I then had lunch with two more junior managers at their on site cafeteria. After a quick out brief with HR I was on my way back to the airport by about 1:00.

I applied through college or university. I interviewed at McMaster-Carr
Interview
Made it past phone call screening and had a one-on-one chat with a current manager before final round of interviews. Each round was 45 minutes to an hour long and questions were difficult. Have lots of examples ready. Have different answers ready for similar questions.

Interview
The interview process was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish. I really appreciated that the discussions were fully behavioral, allowing me to naturally draw on my past experiences. Furthermore, the company truly goes out of its way to treat you like a VIP throughout the entire visit, covering a remarkably nice hotel stay and providing a generous stipend to ensure you are completely comfortable.

Interview
One behavioral interview with a recruiter and then a day-long onsite interview at the Elmhurst IL location. Superday has two behavioral interviews, walkarounds and more but feels like you're being observed everyday.
