McMaster-Carr Development & Design interview questions

I applied for the Management Development and Development and Design positions. The phone interview was pretty straightforward. The interviewer told me about the positions and asked if I was interested in moving forward with the interview. Then she asked me about my prior work experience and leadership experience. A few weeks later I had an onsite interview. The onsite interview consisted of 5 interviews. The first was a tour where I wasn't really asked any questions, the next two were behavioral and asked me to interact with the company's website and give feedback. The fourth was a lunch interview where I was mostly expected to ask questions. The last interview was behavioral like 2 and 3.
