McMaster-Carr Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

I had a phone interview with one of the recruiters. He asked me general questions about myself. He then explained what position they were looking to fill and if that seemed interesting to me. I had asked about the potential for growth and he stated that there was a possibility for growth, but the overall impression that I got was that this job was pretty flat.
