I was reached out to via LinkedIn by a recruiter. Started with a one-to-one call with the recruiter where I was asked some standard questions (work experience, location, citizenship, etc.). I was then scheduled for a first-round interview with an HR director, which was quite relaxed. We talked about my experiences and I was asked some STAR-type questions.
I was then progressed to the final-round in-person interview. They offered to fly me out, put me in a hotel, and send a car pickup. We started with a tour of the facility, then a couple back-to-back interviews with VPs and directors. Conversation felt very easy, mostly a discussion of work and possible improvements, with some behavioral STAR questions thrown in.
I thought I did pretty well in the interview, but did not receive an offer. Standard rejection letter about 3 days after interview. Seems a bit unfair to not offer any feedback while expecting candidates to take multiple days off work in order to interview
