I interviewed with Medable over video conference. The process took 2 months.
I was first reached out to 2 weeks after applying for the role online. A recuriter setup an initial screening call with me. However, due to Covid, the interviewer had to cancel the interview the day of (30 minutes prior to the call). It was advised that they would be in touch again once the interviewer was feeling better. During the time I was waiting for the recruiter to get back to me, the job was reposted online (it happened twice and had approx. 500 applicants combined).
Two weeks later, the interviewer reached out to reschedule the call and as it was the lead up to Christmas, this was scheduled for early January (I applied for the role end of November).
I had the call (30 minutes long) and then was advised my CV and answers would be passed along to the team for decision and they would get back to me. Another two weeks passed and I heard nothing back. I emailed the recruiter and was advised they had changed their systems in the back end so no message had been sent through to me that they would not be continuing with me as an applicant.
