Most enjoyable and efficient hiring and interview process I have ever experienced. Via an internal connection, I was able to speak with the recruiter for a role posted on LinkedIn. The recruiter had incredible knowledge base, energy and passion for the company. After an initial screening call, I was setup with one of the hiring managers for a call the next day. Although it was only a call, it was an extremely impactful interaction because I picked up on the level of emotional intelligence and intuitiveness of the manager and the organization’s openness to invest in talent with diverse experience. Meetings were set the following week with Yield, Product Strategy & Sales. Final meeting shortly after with the SVP of Sales. Process was incredibly efficient with quick turnaround on the feedback loop. Impressed with the interviewers experience and how they gained insights in a welcoming conversational environment.
The office had a buzz, seemed to be incredibly smart people who enjoyed themselves and appreciated their co-workers. Apparent from the onset culture is prioritized here. Everyone was fun, a talented athlete, passionate about the digital space and excited about the company’s potential.
