Mediaocean interview questions

My process started by being matched up with their internal recruiter. She managed to send an incorrect resume (not my resume) for the technical interview and got me interviewing for a position that they wouldn't be able to provide. The recruiter did get back to me later offering another related position before ghosting me after I replied. Total waste of time for me and their director of engineering (the tech interviewer) thanks to a terrible recruiter.

Applied online for the Melbourne position. Invited to a tech interview 22 days later and then a leadership interview the following day. My first actual web development interview so I wasn't very well prepared. They asked some frontend (Javascript) and backend (SQL, C#) questions. The leadership meeting was more character based, asking how I had dealt with certain situations. Backend: - Explain the difference between Left Right Inner joins. Failed - Explain keys; How are foreign keys different from primary? - What is Indexing in a database? - What is an Interface in C#? Frontend: - Explain the difference between == and ===. - What are some of the Angular directives you have used? - Have you used a map function before? What does it do? - Do you know about async await? Leadership: - Tell me a bit about yourself. - Tell about how you work in a team. - Tell me about a time you have had to handle conflict in a team.
