Standard interview process. Recruiter reached out for a phone screen, scheduled within a couple business days. Notified that I passed the phone screen after a week.
Scheduled a 2nd round interview (several 1 on 1 rounds, not a panel) for a week later via Zoom. Notified that I had passed to the 3rd round after 2 weeks.
3rd round was scheduled within a couple business days via Zoom. Received an offer the following week after this round.
Overall, from first point of contact to offer, the process took about 5 weeks. The process felt transparent, and the recruiter was responsive during the process.

What do you know about Medline and this product line? Why Medline? Tell me about your background. How do you manage your time? How proficient are you in Excel? STAR questions. Prepare thoughtful questions with depth to show your understanding of the role and how it applies to you in the later rounds.

First, A person from Talent acquisition will contact you and place a 1st round of interview with Indian Manager, Second round will be Excel Test and Third round will be a Interview with Managar from USA. After that they will say that your shortlisted and take all your document and then you will not receive any Update. Their Talent Acquisition Team is just lining up the interviews to save their job and don't care to update information to the candidate. Worst experience by such an amazing Company.
Suggestion; Work on your Talent Acquisition Team first and then you will get the best employee.
