Phone call to schedule the interview. Met with 3 individuals. The Director of Maintenance, Maintenance Manager and administrator assistant. Interview lasted an hour and 10 minutes. (1-10 min.) I thought that was impressive. I was able to ask my own questions such as: How many mechanics are working on each shift, what was the main products that Medline produced at this facility, what type of line they have for their production, how are their operators and mechanics trained to operate or work on the equipment and shift schedules.
