I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Medline Industries (Northfield, IL) in Apr 2019
Interview
A recruiter from the company reached out me through LinkedIn. We had a simple 30 minute phone interview on my background and the role. After the phone screening, I was asked to take a 4- part assessment (2 hour reasoning/analytical and personality test.) After the testing was complete, I met with the hiring manager for an hour and did the typical interview. After that interview, I did a 4 hour "ride-along," where I shadowed someone in the current role. He boasted about all the great benefits and the pay structure. We did a tour of the campus, which is supposed to draw you in with their on-campus gym, on-site Starbucks, and their other amenities. Last interview consisted of meeting with the Senior Vice President of Sales, HR Manager, and the Director of Sales Training and it took about 3 hours (hour per person). Questions were very simple (standard), but the process was long and drawn out. After all that interviewing, I received the offer for a base of $36,000 in a draw against commission structure. Overall interview experience wasn't terrible( great practice), but it felt like they were looking for any warm body to fill the role.
I applied online. I interviewed at Medline Industries (Mundelein, IL) in Jan 2022
Interview
Lengthy. It took about 3 months. I had 3 phone interviews and 1 in person interview. After that I had to follow up a number of times just to get an update. Overall it was a typical corporate interview process, though a little longer than usual.

BE CAREFUL with Medline, especially if they tell you they want you and like you. I have zero clue why I didn't receive offer. One of the most senior people called me the wrong name. Twice. He also said he didn't see sales anywhere on my resume but sales is all over my resume. He either didn't review my resume or playing games to see how I'd react.
