I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Medline Industries (Champaign, IL) in Feb 2015
Interview
It was a very casual 30 minute one-on-one interview at my University. I almost felt too comfortable during the interview. The interviewer asked me a few questions, and I asked him a few questions as well. The recruiter was also very thorough in how he answered my questions, so he may have talked more than I did.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you had to handle a conflict?
Started with a 30-minute initial interview, followed by 2 45-minute final rounds back to back. The interviewers were nice, and you can expect the standard behavioral questions. Know some KPIs, and have some experiences in mind.
