I applied via LinkedIn. I was contacted by a recruiter to schedule an phone interview. I then had a interview with the hiring manager. Last interviews were with three members of the team; the Director of Product Management, Respiratory, the Director of Field Sales Programs, and last with the Clinical Services Specialist, Respiratory. These were scheduled for 30min each and back to back. I felt that all of the interviews were very positive and seemed to be very encouraging. They told me that my background was a very good fit for the role. After ending the interviews I felt I had a very good chance of getting an offer. Sadly, I was wrong. I was informed by the recruiter that I was not chosen. No other feedback was given. It would have been nice to get some feedback when I thought everything went so well. I feel dejected.
