They have people interview you that have nothing to do with the rotational program. They seemed uninterested and like I was waisting their time. One interviewer asked me more questions about my personal life than the job.

I had a phone interview and a few weeks later I had an in person interview and didn't hear back from them for a month. It took a lot longer than expected to hear back, they aren't very organized.
