Interview
Had a phone interview with 2 HR reps. It went will, they asked about why I wanted to work at Medpace and my background. I asked them about 7 questions. They answered all and that kept the interview from being like 10 mins. Then they emailed me to schedule a face to face about 2 weeks out. The face to face was 3 interviews in 1. HR rep, Project Coordinator, then Manager. All 3 went great. Very nice ladies and I made them all laugh. Was offered the job the following day.
