I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Medpace (Cincinnati, OH) in Aug 2016
Interview
The entire process took 3 weeks. I applied via their website and received an invitation for a virtual interview the next day. This was scheduled within a week and lasted about half an hour: 15 minutes for the interviewer to ask 3 questions, give their background, and provide information about the company and the position, and ~15 minutes for the interviewee to ask questions. Within a week I received an invitation for an in-person interview, which was scheduled for the next week. While the invitation stated that this interview would take 2.5 hours, my experience was only an hour. I met with 3 individuals who all had a copy of my resume and a form of questions to fill out. The first was a pleasant HR rep, then 2 CRA managers with experience in the role I applied for. A brief presentation regarding the role was given by the interviewee between the CRA manager interviews to both of them. Each interview was about 20 minutes and all the interviewers asked if I had any questions at the end, but it felt as though they were rushing to introduce me to the next person. They were nice enough, but it seemed as though they had other things to do.

Question 1
Can you think of a time in which you faced criticism and how did you respond?
Short, 3 interviews total. Phone, big interview, then a final call. They were very prompt with scheduling and letting me know where I stand in the process. Good interview process.

Question 1
How my project based coursework would help me handle priorities and daily workload
I applied online. I interviewed at Medpace (London, England)
Interview
A 30 minute virtual interview. Was pretty standard. They asked what my background was, why I wanted to work for them, and my career goals. It was more of a one-one chat to see if I was a good fit. I thought it went quite well but I didn't hear back from them.
HR was on leave so the department head interviewed me directly, it was over an hour a bit exhausting though. During the interview she asked whether I have some clinical trial hands on experiences which was negative as I’m the fresh Graduate
