I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Medpace in Jun 2014
Interview
Just had a phone interview and the recruiter asked me to go through my resume and asked some questions about my clinical experience. Asked me how I would handle managing clinical projects rather than doing them on my own since this was purely a managerial position.

Question 1
How long I expect to stay at the company and my future goals. They typically are looking for people to stay for 3-4 years.
Short, 3 interviews total. Phone, big interview, then a final call. They were very prompt with scheduling and letting me know where I stand in the process. Good interview process.

I applied online. I interviewed at Medpace (London, England)
Interview
A 30 minute virtual interview. Was pretty standard. They asked what my background was, why I wanted to work for them, and my career goals. It was more of a one-one chat to see if I was a good fit. I thought it went quite well but I didn't hear back from them.
HR was on leave so the department head interviewed me directly, it was over an hour a bit exhausting though. During the interview she asked whether I have some clinical trial hands on experiences which was negative as I’m the fresh Graduate
