How does your background prepare you to work in the world of clinical research?
It was a fairly standard interview process. I would recommend having good knowledge of the company and you will also be asked to do a short presentation on a topic that is shared with you 1 week befroe the interview

It took around 2 hours including a talk with the HR generalist in the end. The questions were mostly behavioral (STAR) with some technical questions pertaining to the job descriptions. Everyone was really nice and punctual.
