I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Medpace (Cincinnati, OH) in Dec 2021
Interview
I applied online. Received an email 1-2 days after to answer general screening question (confirm GPAs, salary expectation, potential start date, etc.). On the same day, after I responded to the questions, I was told I would hear from someone to schedule an interview in the coming week. Later that SAME day another person in HR emailed me for potential interview times and then we scheduled an interview for the following week. The people in HR are seriously on the ball- shoutout to them!
The interview itself was via video chat and was 2 hours long. I talked with several different people (either one-on-one or in groups of 2). Everyone was very nice and inviting. Most of the questions were about my experiences and asking if I was familiar with specific SAS commands. There were two interviewers that were testing me on statistics. A lot of the questions were very introductory things that I haven't even thought about or really used for 4 years, but also asked more high level questions. At the end of the interviewed I talked with HR again and they told me they would send me a decision in about a week. The next day I got an email with an offer letter.
From the time I applied to the time I got my offer letter, it was only a total of about 1.5 weeks and I applied/interviewed right in the craziness of the winter holidays. I was very impressed with their timeliness!

Other Statistical Analyst Interview Reviews for Medpace
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Medpace (Cincinnati, OH) in Feb 2025
Interview
Started with some general background questions, then a more senior employee drilled me on statistical topics and terms, and then a SAS programming challenge before a wrap-up with HR. Overall, everyone was friendly and helpful but I didn't get the sense that they really wanted to be there.
Was ghosted after the interview and provided my SAS certification , I reached out through email but no response. And the worst part is they keep posting the job on different platforms.
Thank you for leaving a review. We sincerely apologize for the experience you’ve had while interviewing as this is not our typical process. We are always looking to improve and appreciate the insight you have provided. We wish you well in your future endeavors.
