I received an email a few weeks after I applied for a clinical research project coordinator position asking to set up a video interview. The interview was 90 minutes with 3 different sets of interviewers.

Favorite part of your current position? What do you think will be the biggest challenge starting this new position? What do you understand about the role?
It was a fairly standard interview process. I would recommend having good knowledge of the company and you will also be asked to do a short presentation on a topic that is shared with you 1 week befroe the interview

Interview
It took around 2 hours including a talk with the HR generalist in the end. The questions were mostly behavioral (STAR) with some technical questions pertaining to the job descriptions. Everyone was really nice and punctual.
The interview with the interviewers was clear and helps me to understand the job scope well that I have applied. Good to know there is development plan for fresh graduate joining and that the team is growing
