They asked me mostly abstract questions about why I wanted to be an engineer, and it was very non-technical. I had very little interest in medtronic, and this was apparent when I was interviewed, but I think if I had researched a little more I would have been fine. (It was the only interview I got from a job fair, and I was rather disappointed in that, so didn't do much research before the interview the day after the fair.

The interview was with one person. They were very nice. They asked the standard behavioral questions, so they could assess how I would fit into the role and the environment.

Explain a time you worked with a difficult team member. How did you overcome it?
Interview isn't technical but more behavioral based. I think the questions were fairly general and a good grasp of team work skills. multiple rounds, SMART Technique for answering the questions
