Interview
First talked to HR recruiter. It was just to setup a screening meeting with my manager. Second - screening meeting short phone interview. After that another Zoom interview with manager again and 2 other senior directors. All 3 were different, one asked typical interview questions -" tell me about the time..." , another riped me on anything I put on my resume specifically regularly standards even though it was not even part of my job description. Overall interviews went well except salary negotiations. HR was very unprofessional in that aspect. Negotiate high upfront and be prepared to back it up.

Tell me about time you were in uncomfortable situation. Tell me about time you succeed. All those typical interview questions. Also I was asked how do we know requirement is complete. Do you perform risk assessment after software issue.
Contract position interview.
Interview was not structured in STAR or any format just free form.
Interview was given by 3 great individuals.
Questions were all job role based.
Great interview with a good bit of freedom to speak on your own background and give why you’re a good fit for their role

Medtronic recruiter reached out to me after a role opened that matched my resume on file. 30 minute interview with hiring manager, followed by three 30 minute interviews the following week with manager and team members. Offer extended the week after that.
Fast, streamlined process done well. Interviewers were well-prepared and conversational. Be prepared to answer situational questions (STAR format).
