Easy interview process but 4 hour long interview process with the team was really not worth it. Very straight forward questions, panelists are not experienced at interviewing, no technical questions just time management, conflict resolution typical stuff.

Describe a time when you and your manager had a conflicting view and how you resolved it
It was 3 rounds with HR, Hiring Manager and Team was conducted. All virtual and 30 minutes to 1 hours long lasting. The whole process took 2 months to interview to offer.

Interview
The interview process was lengthy but pretty straight forward. It totaled about 3-4 interviews over 2 months before an offer was made. HR communicated efficiently and I was never confused in the process.
