I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Medtronic in Dec 2023
Interview
There were several red flags during this interview process. First, it became apparent that the responsibilities of the position would not match the job description. I learned it was primarily a site management role, but there is no mention of this in the job description when I applied. During the two panel interviews, the STAR interview questions were particularly bizarre. It seemed formulaic and aimless, like they were going through the motions rather than assessing my qualifications and fit for the role. They neglected to inform me when the second panel interview was scheduled, so I received a text one afternoon asking if I will be joining the interview. Finally, one of the interviewers said the team looks out for each other like a "family." I heard nothing back from the HM after the second panel interview.

Interview
The interview process was lengthy but pretty straight forward. It totaled about 3-4 interviews over 2 months before an offer was made. HR communicated efficiently and I was never confused in the process.
