Easy with recruitment agency. Initial contact to fill in form. Then given an aptitude test. Basic enough with some questions to see if you fit into their culture. Once that was done I was called into recruitment agency and had a brief chat. From there I was requested to do a medial. Once I recieved a medical I was offered the job.

The interview consists of dexterity test and common interview questions, such as behavioural questions. Be careful when listening instructions for dexterity test, because they won't tell you twice. Overall its not too hard.
