Reached out to, by HR. I had a great conversation with her, which then moved on to me interviewing (virtually) with several other key stakeholders. This happened over a period of a couple of weeks. Each interview was about an hour and I felt they were insightful 1:1’s. I was told a lot about how the negative reviews are no longer a reflection of the company and that, they were moving in a new direction. Overall, I enjoyed speaking with everyone. So, it was kind of a shock I was ghosted after all of that. The job itself isn’t an issue, as I’ve accepted another offer. The issue I have, is all the time wasted. Would have been nice to have stronger communication and follow-through, on their part.
