I interviewed and was told I was moving to the next round. We agreed upon a date that worked for everyone. I was told HR would be reaching out to set it up. Crickets for days! Then I get an email/text asking me to confirm my interview not even giving me 24 hour notice to make arrangements and not even on the date we agreed upon. I understand it a tough market but at least give the candidate 24 hour notice when scheduling a meeting. I literally received the email for the meeting at 3:00pm and the meeting was schedule for the next day at 11:00am. When reaching out to them to see if we can adjust the time I never heard back. Where is the respect for the candidates and their time?
