With the clinical director . She interviewed with me first and went through a series of questions for about 1 hours. After that I sat down with a peer panel that also interviewed be for about 30 minutes. At the end of the interview they gave me a walking tour and showed me the unit to assure that the enviroment would have been a good fit for them and me .

Interview
Applied for the job and received an email for a phone screening. It was a two step process. Phone screen with the recruiter and then a 30-45 minute interview with the hiring manager in person. Then I received a job offer a little over two weeks later. I accepted.
Thorough, extensive. Quick and to the point. Involved the manager, 2 employees on the unit over zoom. Was asked questions about the medical side of the unit and had time to ask any questions

My interview process was great. Everything took about 2 weeks. My recruiter was phenomenal, she answered all my questions and was very easy to reach. The manager I interviewed with was nice and informative. So far I have had a good experience!
