First step was an Online application, followed by an email from the department manager for the position I applied for, after talking to the manager via a brief phone interview I was invited for a web team conference where I was able to ask team members of their experience , lastly followed by in person interviews.

They were very professionl and intrested helping you grow within the position. They were direct and very imformative. They stayed on topic. They wanted to know how I plan to help the organization grow and how I felt I would fit with the brand.
