My first interview was via text message it was self paced. Then I was emailed 3 days later to take a assessment. Then I was interviewed again via text message ( another recruiter). Then a hour later I received a email to schedule a in person interview. It was a pretty standard interview if you are not willing to get fully vaccinated do not bother going it is a requirement. It was a panel of 3 people but it could be more they were very nice but you have to sell yourself. The interview became just a casual conversation. Do not be nervous. They are looking for people that are easy to talk to. Afterwards I was then shown their offices and told to expect a call about next steps this week. It went very well!!!
