Straightforward, very general interview questions. The only thing I disliked is that the recruiter never followed up with me after the interview. I saw that the position had closed and I emailed to express my continued interest in the company/department

I had a a phone interview so far, after a month of sending in my application and contacting the operations manager as well as the director. After the phone screening I received an in person interview which is tomorrow. During the phone screening both the operations manager as well as the director were on the call and asked basic questions.
