I applied through college or university. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (New York, NY) in Apr 2016
Interview
Found the posting on my college website during my last semester, filled out an online application/test, had an over the phone interview which took approximately 15 minutes, and then over a school break I had 3 in person interviews over the course of a morning.

Interview
Interview consists of behavioral questions and hiring managers will be listening for very specific examples. They will do their best to weed out generalities like “I would do x” and instead want to hear “In this situation I did these specific things and the outcome was _”.

Very detailed process. It included the STAR method - Interviewers discussed this in the beginning of the interview. Unfortunately, I ended up declining the role and going with a different offer.
