Following your application submission, you should expect to hear back from a recruiter between 1.5 to 2 weeks to have a phone screen. This conversation will be scheduled and occur about a week from initial contact. An on-site interview was scheduled later that week, exactly four days after (so expect that to take a week). The process is relatively smooth and the interviewers per each department were lovely to speak with, however in my personal experience I had been ghosted by the recruiter I had been closely working with following a rejection from a position.
