I got hired post pandemic. I applied online then got an email from HR looking to schedule a phone interview with the HR representative. The HR rep basically called to tell me more about the position and just ask me to elaborate on my resume. We had a brief chat and then I sent a follow up thank you email. A few days later she contacted me saying the department supervisors want to do a zoom interview. We scheduled it and I had a chance to meet two supervisors from the department. They asked a lot of STAR questions. I sent follow up emails after we were done. Next I got an email to interview with the manager. They told me they were interview more candidates and I would have an answer in a few weeks. About two weeks later I got an email from HR offering me the position.

I applied for the position and heard back from a recruiter within a week. I scheduled a time for a phone interview and it lasted about 25 minutes. She was very nice and it was mostly an introductory phone interview.
