I interviewed at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center
Difficult interview
Application
I applied through other source. The process took 3+ months. I interviewed at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in Sep 2014
Interview
Contacted a recruiter through email after months of applying through the website. Immediately got called in and had an HR phone interview where then they asked me to come in two weeks to have an in person HR interview. After the HR interview I met with the CRM followed by both CRC. I was then called back to interview with a physician in the service. Following that interview I was sent an email asking for references to complete an online survey. Didn't hear back for two weeks and then finally was offered the position.

Interview
Call from HR department who matched me with a team a few months later, had an in person interview with the team. They were all really nice. Was then followed up and was placed on an alternative team which had a completely different dynamic and culture than my interview.

Question 1
Behavioral, but basic because this is typically a first job out of college.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (New York, NY) in Aug 2018
Interview
I was called about 2 weeks after applying online, and scheduled a phone screen interview. The phone screen took about 10 minutes and I was asked pretty generic questions about my research experience and clinical experience. They then said I would need to come in for 2 more interviews over the next month, which seemed a little excessive.
